I used Photoshop to retouch the bottle and apply colour correction. My goal was to achieve a neutral, clean hue for the white areas, allowing the lettering to stand out clearly. Since the bottle is shot sideways, I focused on making the text as legible as possible. I removed a distracting serial number printed at the top of the bottle to enhance the shot’s cleanliness. Additionally, I added warmth to the shadows to enrich the color of the coffee beans.

We worked with the editorial image above to experiment in Photoshop. During the process, we explored working with layers and created a text effect using the shape and eraser tools. This experience taught me a great deal about effectively organizing layers in Photoshop and how it can streamline the editing process.
